Vertical Drum Rack

The Vertical Drum Rack by Needcontainers is the optimal solution for companies needing to safely store a large number of hazardous containers without compromising on compliance, stability, or efficiency. Designed to meet all European regulations on workplace safety and environmental protection, this structure allows for the placement of up to 24 drums of 200 liters in a vertical position on a single unit—maximizing usable space and simplifying warehouse management.

The Vertical Drum Rack is mounted directly above a carbon steel containment basin (thickness 3 mm / 30/10), creating an integrated secondary containment system compliant with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995. The welds are electronically controlled to ensure absolute watertightness, while the forklift entries allow for quick lifting with forklifts.

Thanks to the interlocking system, assembly is quick, stable, and weld-free. The structure is supplied dismantled, reducing transport costs and facilitating installation even in tight spaces. The system’s modularity allows it to be expanded, modified, or customized with accessories such as locking brackets, containment bars, or side panels.

Made of S235JR steel or higher, the Vertical Drum Rack is constructed with traceable and certified materials, purchased from long-standing suppliers with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. The dimensions comply with UNI standards, ensuring precision and compatibility.
