Stackable single-sided glass racks

Needcontainers glass racks are designed to transport and store windows, glass panes and frames in complete safety, protecting both the operator and the material. With 50 years of experience, we design durable, reliable and certified products.

Construction features

In addition, the two removable front posts make loading the product simple and safe. This stand can be stacked up to three shelves high, optimising storage space without compromising stability.

Materials and quality

We use S235JR steel or higher, purchased from long-standing suppliers certified to UNI EN ISO 9001, guaranteeing traceability and quality certifications. Thanks to advanced software, our technicians issue load capacity and stackability certifications, ensuring the safety and compliance of our glass racks.

Available finishes

On request, we offer epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold galvanising or hot-dip galvanising.
Any RAL colour is available (to be agreed upon based on quantities).

Advantages and operational safety

The trestles are equipped with metal guides for forklift handling, preventing the risk of tipping. They also protect the glass thanks to soft PVC extruded profiles and offer a support surface in sheet metal or, on request, in marine plywood.
