Functionality and versatility
Thanks to the double fork, the tipping buckets can be handled with a forklift truck, simplifying warehouse and production operations. Each model is constructed with S235JR certified materials or higher, purchased exclusively from suppliers who comply with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards, thus ensuring traceability and quality.
Standard equipment and customisable options
Needcontainers are supplied with nylon wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivel), chain and safety carabiner. Furthermore, to ensure maximum safety, the operator can unload while remaining seated in the forklift driver’s seat, thanks to the release lever with cable.
On request, we offer optional extras that allow you to adapt the bucket to your needs:

Certifications and customisations
Every Needcontainers certified tipping bucket is classified as an interchangeable accessory according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. It is supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity, safety labelling and user manual.
Thanks to the flexibility of our technical and production departments, we can create customised solutions based on your needs. Special finishes are also available (epoxy paint, liquid paint, cold or hot galvanising) and any RAL colour, to be agreed upon based on quantities.
