The SBCT1000 earth-loading tipping bucket is designed to collect loose materials from the ground and can be easily picked up by a forklift truck thanks to its double fork. The bucket helps to keep the work environment tidy and clean, making handling operations more efficient.
Safety and optional extras
To ensure safety, the operator can unload the bucket while remaining seated in the forklift driver’s seat, operating the release lever via a cable. The SBCT1000 is supplied with nylon wheels (2 fixed + 2 swivel), chain, and safety carabiner. Optional extras include: removable or hinged cover, tap for draining liquids, filter grid, and watertight seal with drain tap.
Materials and certifications
SBCT1000 tipping buckets are made of S235JR steel or higher, with full traceability and UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. They are considered interchangeable accessories according to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and are supplied with CE marking, declaration of conformity, safety labeling, and user and maintenance manual.
Customization and finishes
Thanks to the flexibility of the technical and production departments, the SBCT1000 can be customized in terms of dimensions, finishes, and colors. Epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold or hot galvanizing are available. Any RAL color can be chosen depending on the quantities.
