Ramp for Flooring Tanks

The Needcontainers ramp is the essential complement for modular flooring tanks. Designed to ensure safe, smooth, and compliant access to all elevated containment areas, this ramp eliminates operational barriers and enhances logistical efficiency in industrial, chemical, pharmaceutical, and storage environments.

Modular containment platforms are ideal for creating work surfaces dedicated to the storage of drums, IBC tanks, and hazardous containers. However, without an appropriate ramp, loading, unloading, and handling with forklifts become difficult—and potentially dangerous. Our solution addresses this issue with an ergonomic inclined design, non-slip surface, and robust structure, designed to withstand heavy loads and daily wear.

The ramp integrates perfectly with the flooring platforms thanks to a precise coupling system. It can be positioned on one or more sides, depending on your facility layout. It is made from the same materials as the tanks: S235JR steel or higher, with a standard painted finish. Upon request, a galvanized version is also available, ideal for aggressive or outdoor environments where corrosion resistance is crucial.

Each component is designed to comply with the safety principles of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the guidelines for accident prevention at work. The slope is calibrated to allow the safe passage of pallet trucks and forklifts, without slipping or tipping.
