Modular safety flooring

The Needcontainers Modular Safety Flooring is a modular system designed to fully or partially cover production areas where polluting or harmful liquids are stored or processed. It is a concrete response to the risk of environmental contamination, especially for underground aquifers.

This Flooring securely contains any accidental spills. It prevents hazardous substances from penetrating the ground. It ensures compliance with the strictest environmental regulations.

The system is based on modular tanks with high-capacity galvanized grating. The grating is electro-welded, with a mesh of 25×76 mm and a flat bar of 50×3 mm. It withstands heavy foot traffic and the passage of forklifts. It can also support heavy loads, making it ideal for warehouses, workshops, and industrial areas.

The platforms are designed to be precisely aligned. They can be connected using joining profiles and sleeves, creating continuous and safe surfaces. They easily integrate with access ramps, for smooth and barrier-free logistics.

All components are made of S235JR steel or higher. The materials are traceable, certified, and purchased from long-standing suppliers with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. This ensures durability, strength, and reliability over time, even with aggressive substances.

• Single/double-component liquid coating
• Cold galvanizing
• Hot-dip galvanizing
