Needcontainers modular flooring is designed to create large workstations dedicated to the handling of liquids or hazardous substances. This prevents accidental spills from reaching the ground or the sewer system. Thanks to its modularity, it is the ideal solution for laboratories, chemical workshops, and production areas.

Certified Environmental Protection
Each module has a capacity of 160 liters and a load capacity of 600 kg, ensuring effective containment. Made from recycled polyethylene using rotational molding, it is resistant to acids, bases, oils, and non-flammable substances. Furthermore, it does not rust and requires no maintenance, even in humid or outdoor environments.

Easy and Customizable Connection
The modules connect to each other thanks to the included “connecting brick,” creating continuous and watertight surfaces. In addition, polyethylene ramps (code 1B 000 135) and connectors (code 1B 001 652) can be added on request for easier access and integration with other areas. This is why the flooring can be adapted to any industrial layout.

Lightweight and Sustainable Logistics
Measuring 1320 x 1320 x 155 mm and weighing only 34 kg, each module is easy to position manually. Although it cannot be forked, it can be stacked when empty, reducing transport costs and warehouse space. The standard green color makes it easy to identify as a safety area.
