The metal storage for 1000-liter IBC containers by Needcontainers is the engineered solution for companies requiring maximum safety in storing hazardous liquids. Designed for outdoor installation, it protects the contents from weather elements—rain, sun, dust—without compromising ventilation or accessibility.

This storage complies with all European regulations regarding workplace safety and environmental protection. It is ideal for sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, agri-food, logistics, and waste management. It ensures effective secondary containment and prevention of soil contamination.

The structure includes a carbon steel ecological basin (thickness 3 mm / 30/10), with removable galvanized grating for inspections and maintenance. The side walls are equipped with ventilation slots for air exchange, while the servo-assisted cover—with hydraulic piston and handle—opens and closes easily, even with loads or adverse weather conditions. The swing door ensures quick and safe access.

All welds are electronically controlled to ensure absolute watertightness. The dimensions comply with UNI standards, and the entire unit is equipped with forklift entries for easy lifting with forklifts.

Made of S235JR steel or higher, the storage is constructed with traceable and certified materials, purchased from long-standing suppliers with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification.

Available both painted and galvanized (upon request, at an additional cost). We offer various finishes: epoxy powder coating, single/double-component liquid painting, cold or hot galvanization.

Any RAL color available (to be agreed upon based on quantities).
