Load capacity up to 2000 kg and functional design
Each pallet is designed to support loads of up to 2000 kg, thanks to its S235JR or higher grade steel structure. The rectangular section corrugated sheet metal base increases the support surface, distributing the weight evenly and protecting the load from deformation. It is also available with two or three skids, depending on load capacity and handling requirements.

All materials come from long-standing suppliers certified to UNI EN ISO 9001, guaranteeing traceability and consistent quality. Our technicians use advanced software to issue, upon request, flow and stackability certifications, which are essential for internal audits and logistics compliance.
Resistant and Customizable Finishes
Needcontainers metal pallets are available with different finishes: epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold galvanizing, or hot-dip galvanizing, to resist corrosion even in humid or aggressive environments.

Branding and Handling Options
To improve traceability and recognition, we offer: molded marking of your logo, self-adhesive labels with tare weight and hectogram, retailer branding, and nylon or vulkollan wheels (mounted on a dedicated trolley).
