Safe Transfer with Side Protection
The Needcontainers sloped collection tank with integrated splash guards is designed for the safe emptying of 1000-liter IBC tanks. Thanks to the sloped support, it allows for complete transfers, dosing, and emptying without maneuvering the tank. In addition, the galvanized sheet metal protective walls block splashes, drips, and side spills. This ensures maximum safety for operators and the environment, in compliance with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995.

Certified and Resistant Structure
Made of S235JR carbon steel or higher, the sloped collection tank has a thickness of 3 mm (30/10). The welds are electronically controlled to ensure absolute watertightness. The dimensions comply with UNI standards, ensuring stability even with heavy loads. For this reason, it is equipped with fork entries for quick lifting with forklifts.

Galvanized Grating and Integrated Splash Guards
The upper grating is made of hot-dip galvanized, pressed steel, resistant to high loads and aggressive substances. The side and rear splash guards add an extra level of containment, ideal for flammable, acidic, or toxic liquids. In fact, they drastically reduce the risk of accidental exposure.

Customizable Finishes for Every Context
We offer various options upon request: epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold or hot galvanizing.
