The Needcontainers inclined collection tank is designed to optimize the emptying of 1000-liter IBC tanks. Thanks to the integrated tilting support, it allows complete transfer, dosing, and emptying without lifting, manually tilting, or maneuvering the tank. This reduces the risk of accidents and accidental spills. Tilting collection tanks are the ideal solution for companies seeking operational efficiency and full compliance with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995.

Certified and Resistant Structure
Made of S235JR carbon steel or higher, the sloped collection tank has a thickness of 3 mm (30/10). The welds are electronically controlled to ensure absolute watertightness. In addition, the dimensions comply with UNI standards, ensuring stability even with heavy loads. For this reason, it is equipped with fork entries for quick lifting with forklifts.

Galvanized grating for maximum durability
The upper grating is made of hot-dip galvanized and pressed steel, designed to withstand heavy loads and aggressive substances. In fact, it guarantees drainage, stability, and long life, even in industrial or outdoor environments.

Customizable Finishes for Every Need
We offer various options upon request: epoxy powder coating, single/double-component liquid coating, cold or hot galvanization.
