IBC Container Rack for 1000 L

The IBC Container Rack for 1000 liters by Needcontainers is the engineered solution for the safe storage of hazardous, toxic, harmful, or flammable substances. Designed to comply with all European regulations on workplace safety and environmental protection, it allows the placement of up to 6 IBC containers on a single unit, optimizing space and operations.

This IBC Container Rack is mounted directly on a carbon steel containment basin (thickness 3 mm / 30/10), creating an integrated secondary containment system compliant with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995. The welds are electronically controlled to ensure absolute watertightness, while the forklift entries facilitate lifting with forklifts.

Thanks to the interlocking system, assembly is quick, stable, and tool-free. The structure is supplied dismantled, reducing transport costs and simplifying installation even in complex industrial environments. The system’s modularity allows it to be expanded, adapted, or integrated with accessories such as containment bars, anti-tip brackets, or protective side panels.

Made of S235JR steel or higher, the IBC Container Rack is constructed with traceable and certified materials, purchased from long-standing suppliers with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. The dimensions strictly adhere to UNI standards, ensuring precision and compatibility in every context.
