Horizontal Drum Rack

The Horizontal Drum Rack by Needcontainers is the smart solution for the safe storage of hazardous, toxic, harmful, or flammable substances. Designed to comply with all European regulations on workplace safety and environmental protection, it combines logistical efficiency with maximum compliance.

Thanks to the structure positioned above the containment basin, this Rack can accommodate up to 12 drums of 200 liters in a horizontal position—ideal for quick and controlled dispensing, reducing the risk of accidental spills. The system consists of a carbon steel basin (thickness 3 mm / 30/10) with certified watertightness and forklift entries, combined with a modular upper structure to be mounted directly above.

The Rack is assembled with an interlocking system, ensuring high stability and easy assembly, even in tight spaces. It is supplied disassembled, reducing transport costs and simplifying internal logistics. It is fully modular: you can expand, modify, or adapt it to your needs with a range of dedicated accessories—such as containment bars, locking brackets, or protective side panels.

Made of S235JR steel or higher, it is constructed with traceable and certified materials, purchased from long-standing suppliers with UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. The dimensions comply with UNI standards, ensuring compatibility and precision in every installation.
