Horizontal and Vertical Drum Rack

The Needcontainers horizontal and vertical drum rack is the advanced solution for safely managing hazardous, toxic, harmful, or flammable substances. Designed to comply with all European regulations on workplace safety and environmental protection, it offers exceptional storage capacity: up to 16 drums of 200 liters on a single unit.

Thanks to its modular structure positioned above the containment basin, this Rack by Needcontainers allows combining drums in horizontal (for quick tapping) and vertical (to maximize space), adapting to any operational need. The system is mounted directly on the collection basin, creating a secondary containment area compliant with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995.

The Rack is made with an interlocking system that ensures high stability and quick assembly, even in confined spaces. It is delivered disassembled, reducing transport costs and simplifying logistics. Thanks to its modularity and range of accessories — such as locking brackets, containment bars, or side panels — it is easily expandable, modifiable, and customizable.

The underlying basin is made of carbon steel (thickness 3 mm / 30/10), with electronically controlled welds for absolute watertightness. The dimensions comply with UNI standards and are equipped with fork entries for safe lifting with forklifts.

All components are made of S235JR steel or higher, with traceable and certified materials, purchased from long-standing certified suppliers UNI EN ISO 9001.
