Containers with insulated panels for horizontal drum storage

Thermal Insulation and Structural Strength
The panels are made of two steel sheets and a polyurethane foam core. This construction ensures high thermal insulation, good fire resistance, and excellent mechanical strength, even under heavy loads. This protects the contents from temperature fluctuations, humidity, and external heat sources.

Containment Tank Compliant with Ministerial Decree 18/05/1995
Each unit is equipped with a lower containment tank, designed to hold at least one-third of the total drum volume, or the entire capacity of the largest drum. The galvanized carbon steel support grid ensures stability, effective drainage, and easy access for inspection and periodic maintenance.

Ventilation and Mandatory Registration
Natural ventilation covers 1/30 of the floor area, as required by Ministerial Decree of May 18, 1995, to prevent the accumulation of hazardous vapors. Furthermore, each container with panels undergoes rigorous testing and is registered with a unique safety label, in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.

Customization and Advanced Options
Upon request, containers with insulated panels can be equipped with perimeter shelving, panic bars, access ramps, automatic fire extinguishers, and spill prevention kits.
