Containers with insulated panels for vertical drum storage

Our upright drum safety containers are designed for companies that handle chemicals, flammable or hazardous substances. They combine regulatory compliance, structural strength, and operational flexibility.

It is ideal for sectors such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, logistics, manufacturing, and waste management. It complies with the requirements of Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995 and Legislative Decree 81/08. It guarantees protection for people, the environment, and business activities.

Structure
The containers are made with high-performance insulated panels. Two steel sheets enclose a layer of polyurethane insulating foam.

This solution offers high thermal insulation. It also ensures mechanical resistance to impacts and loads. It also offers good fire resistance.

For high-risk applications, we offer the version with REI 120 panels. They are made of mineral wool and A2-s1-d0 certified. The ideal choice for storing flammable and explosive products.

Containment
Each unit has a built-in containment tank. It is designed to hold at least one-third of the total drum volume, or the entire capacity of the largest drum, as required by law.

The support grid is made of galvanized carbon steel. It ensures stability, effective drainage, and easy access for loading and inspection.

Ventilation
Natural ventilation is provided for 1/30 of the floor area. This prevents the accumulation of hazardous vapors, in full compliance with regulations.

Each container undergoes rigorous testing before delivery. It is registered with a unique safety label. This ensures complete traceability and compliance with the Consolidated Safety Act.
