Materials and structure

The structure is composed of high-performance insulated panels: two external steel sheets enclose a core of expanded polyurethane foam. Thanks to this, the container ensures high thermal insulation, mechanical strength, and good fire resistance. Additionally, for applications with flammable or explosive substances, the REI 120 version is available, with a mineral wool core and A2-s1-d0 classification, the highest European standard in terms of fire reaction.

Integrated safety

Each unit is equipped with an integrated containment basin, sized to hold at least one-third of the total capacity of the installed tanks or, in any case, the entire volume of the largest tank, as required by current regulations. Additionally, the galvanized carbon steel upper grating ensures high load capacity while allowing quick and safe visual inspections. Natural ventilation, equal to 1/30 of the floor area, ensures constant air exchange in compliance with safety requirements.
