Containers with Open-Space insulated panels

Our Open-Space insulated paneled containers are the ideal solution for companies that need to safely store flammable, explosive, or chemically hazardous products without sacrificing flexibility, regulatory compliance, and structural performance. Designed for industries such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, industrial logistics, and waste management sectors, these containers combine modular design, safety certifications, and customization to meet any operational need.

The structure is made of high-performance insulated panels: two external steel sheets enclose a polyurethane foam core, ensuring high thermal insulation, mechanical resistance to impacts and loads, and good fire resistance. For high-risk applications, we offer the REI 120 version, made of mineral wool and certified with fire reaction class A2-s1-d0—the maximum guarantee for storing flammable and explosive substances.

Each unit is equipped with an integrated containment tank, compliant with Ministerial Decree 18.05.1995, sized to hold at least one-third of the total volume of the tanks or the entire capacity of the largest. The galvanized carbon steel grating ensures stability, drainage, and safe access. Natural ventilation, equal to 1/30 of the floor area, prevents the accumulation of hazardous vapors, in full compliance with regulations.

Before delivery, each container undergoes rigorous testing and is registered with a unique safety label, as required by Legislative Decree 81/08, for traceability and full compliance.

But the real strength of our containers? Complete customization. We can integrate internal shelving, access ramps, panic bars, automatic fire extinguishers, spill prevention kits, ATEX lighting, explosion-proof extraction systems, self-closing smoke detectors, air conditioning, and much more.
