BIG BAG container with collection tank

The Needcontainers BIG BAG container with collection tray is designed to ensure maximum safety during transport and storage of Big Bags. Thanks to its sturdy and functional structure, it saves space both during transport and inside the warehouse, optimizing material management and speeding up daily operations.

Structure and materials

The container is made of painted steel, with a 30/10 sheet metal tank and electro-welded grating. The forks allow handling by forklift or pallet truck, ensuring safety and stability. All materials used are of S235JR quality or higher, purchased from long-standing suppliers certified to UNI EN ISO 9001, with full traceability and quality certifications.

Available finishes

On request, we offer epoxy powder coating, single/two-component liquid coating, cold galvanizing, or hot-dip galvanizing.
Any RAL color is available (to be agreed upon based on quantities). These finishes ensure resistance to chemicals and the most aggressive industrial environments.

Operational characteristics

The BIG BAG container is stackable when closed and designed to hold a 1000-liter Big Bag. It is equipped with four snap hooks for attaching the straps and a watertight tray, ideal for preventing material spillage. The upper frame is removable and the uprights are removable, making it easy to extract the bag without risk to the operator.

Overview version

Also available in a wheeled version, with two fixed wheels and two swivel wheels with brakes, to make the container mobile and versatile for internal handling operations.
